- Availability – Many agents begin staring at the clock as early as 4:00pm just waiting for 5:00 to come so they turn off their phones and head home for the day. Once you become my client, you are given my personal cell phone number and are encouraged to call me any time. With something as important as your real estate transaction, questions and problems can come up any time of day…even after 5:00pm.
- Attentiveness – The most important quality an agent can have for his clients is the ability to listen to their needs. I make certain to understand what you are looking for on a personal level, and apply those needs to my efforts on your behalf. That means not showing a 2-bedroom to a family of three children, and not suggesting homes that do not cater to your needs.

- Professionalism – Real estate agents typically get such poor image from consumers. The bar is so low and does not require a degree to obtain a real estate license. So many people do this part time and they are not very knowledgeable about what they are doing.
