With over 16 years of experience in real estate, property management, and mortgage lending industries, coupled with his additional experience in insurance, finance, and taxation, Rod has the backing of expertise and knowledge that he continues to draw upon. He is skillful in handling single family and multi-family homes, commercial properties, investments properties, probate, and 1031 exchanges. He is also proficient in short sales, foreclosures and bank owned properties. Such knowledge is invaluable amidst today’s real estate climate.

Rod has lived in Ventura County for over 25 years, and is extremely rooted and knowledgeable about his neighborhood and local communities. A graduate of University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, he moved on to complete his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 1993 from Regis University, attaining a 4.0 GPA and became a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society.

Rod believes in giving back to his community, so he has been volunteering his services at Santa Clara church for over 15 years as a member and co-cantor of the contemporary music group for the 5 PM Sunday mass. He continues to inspire the younger generation by motivating them to do the same.
